If you want to file a complaint, you can use the following method:

You must provide clear information about your identity, as well as all relevant details outlining the claim. This will allow La CalaVera Bet to quickly resolve a reported issue and for both parties to reach a mutual agreement.

If you have a query regarding any transaction, you can also contact our customer service team using the email address support@calavera.com providing the details of your query. La CalaVera Bet will review any questioned or disputed transaction. Once reviewed all details, La CalaVera Bet will provide you with a final decision.

La CalaVera Bet aims to provide a substantive response to your claim as soon as possible and to resolve it within a maximum of 10 days from the date the claim was received. In certain cases, La CalaVera Bet may extend the resolution period by up to 10 business days.

If your claim is not resolved at this stage, you can escalate the complaint by sending an email to support@calavera.com. The response from the complaints email address represents the final stage of the Operator’s internal complaints procedure.

If you are still not satisfied with the decision, you can also contact the Player Support Unit of the

Kahnawàke Gaming Authority.

La CalaVera Bet will respond to all reported privacy and personal data matters within 30 calendar days of receiving the claim. La CalaVera Bet may extend the total response time to an additional 60 calendar days when a more detailed investigation is necessary. When La CalaVera Bet takes an additional 60 calendar days, an email will be sent to your registered email address about the extra time required for a full response. The email will be sent within the initial 30-day period from when the claim was received.
