KYC policy and Data Security Protection #

Introduction #

This Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for player identification at our online casino. We are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy gambling environment while complying with regulatory standards and best practices.

Registration data and requirements #

During the registration process, players are required to provide accurate and complete information, including personal details such as name, date of birth, address, and contact information. This information is essential for establishing player accounts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Security checks of KYC (ID and POA) #

When ID and POA are collected, relevant security checks on the documents must be conducted.

1. ID documents:

  • MRZ data matching the data on the document.
  • Validity
  • Comparison with available samples – Prado, Document authentication tool, Local KYC data base
  • Check for any traces of image forgery, alternation or another type of misuse of a document
  • Check validity of the provided ID document in available national government sites
  • Geo-tagging if available

2. Proof of address documents:

  • Validity (issued in the past 3 months)
  • Validity of issuer
  • Check for electronic signature/issuer/pdf creator software in case of provided online document
  • Overall assessment of the document in terms of used fonts (possible forgery of personal details section only)
  • Check for any traces of image editing without obvious signs (covered/hidden transactions on bank statements, etc)
  • Geo-tagging if available

General rules about accepting documents #

1. General rules about ID documents:

  • Only full-size images are accepted – at least 2 corners of the document must be visible.
  • Expired documents are not acceptable.
  • Printed images of documents are not acceptable.
  • Damaged documents (missing a piece, holes, torn, broke) are considered not valid.
  • Documents with hidden data are not acceptable.
  • Flashed documents are not acceptable.
  • Unsigned ID documents are not acceptable – if there’s a field for a signature on the ID document it must be filled in.
  • No documents with Photoshop traces are accepted.
  • Photo images pasted in pdf are not accepted.

2. General rules about POA documents:

  • The document must be issued in the past 3 months.
  • The document must be issued in the name of the account holder and to display an actual physical home address.
  • If the image is of a physical document a substantial part of the document must be visible to be considered legit – name and logo of the issuer, names and address of the customer, date of issue and at least two visible corners.
  • Bad screenshots of documents are not acceptable.
  • Any images with Photoshop tags, editing with third-party software in a malicious way are not acceptable. However, bank statements with hidden transactions are acceptable as long as the relevant information is visible.
  • There should be no significant difference in the font of the name and address part of the document and the rest of the text.

3. General rules about credit cards

• The credit card holder’s name must match the one in the account. If the CC shows more than one first name but the ID doesn’t display all names an alternative ID document with full names might be requested.

• The first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card must be visible on the front.

• Pasted in pdf photo images are not accepted.

• Heavily modified images with additional software are not accepted. The customer is advised to hide the sensitive information with a piece of paper or an object.

• It is not mandatory for the CC to be signed.

• The CC must be valid, if the validity date is hidden proper images are requested with all visible information

4. General rules about Face + ID

  • The customer must hold his own document.
  • The document must be clear and readable, holding hand clearly visible.
  • Shadows, edges must be consistent.

Requesting documents #

  • Following the Kahnawake Gaming License requirements (article 252), the Company should require player verification upon withdrawal request.
  • The requested documents at the stage of the first withdrawal should be ID and/or POA.
  • In case of no withdrawal, the player must submit ID and POA once the financial threshold of $10,000 lifetime deposits is reached.
  • The company reserves the right to request for any documentation needed to conduct security checks and/or to follow our Gaming License requirements and obligations.

Data Privacy and Security Protection #

  • Confidentiality: We treat player identification information with the utmost confidentiality. Personal data collected during the identification process is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel who require it for legitimate purposes, such as regulatory compliance and customer service
  • We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard player information. This includes utilizing secure servers, encryption technologies, access controls, and regular security audits to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of personal data
  • Player identification information is retained only for the necessary period as required by legal and regulatory obligations. Once the retention period expires, we ensure secure deletion or anonymization of personal data to protect player privacy
